Frosty Fairy

Just a little sketch today folks. Still drawing little fairies and I am not even sure if I am spelling it right. :) This is from my sketchbook today.

Very nice Gene. Love the poses you are choosing for these.

Thanks Brian. Could be. :)

Thanks Royce. Glad you like the poses. I sketched a few ideas today and they all have that ballerina/gymnast feel to them.

Ahem, fairy is fine to use, it evolved from the middle-english term of faerie.

Your friendly neighborhood Librarian.

Told a friend about your site here Gene, he says he's never seen a lady cop pinup before...sounds like a challenge to me.

Gene,

If fairies are what you want to sketch, then bring them on!

Both you and Jim Balent do excellent fairies.

Hey Gene,

Loving the new fairies! They are both really cute. Also, for those of you who may not have seen it, here's a painting that Gene did for me a few years ago of my own Frost Faerie character, Wyntarra. Still one of my favourite pieces in my collection. It's framed and on the wall right next to my computer. :)

Thanks David. Nice to have a Librarian in the house. :) Lady cop pin-up? That's easy. I could do that in my sleep. Uh, wait, that didn't sound right.

Thanks Gary. Though I think my fairies are a bit more "petite" than Jim's. ;) Funny aside, I believe Jim's first comic work was on DOMINIQUE for Dark Horse Presents. My first comic work was on DOMINIQUE for Negative Burn from Caliber.

Hi Erik! I am glad that piece is still a favorite of yours. I've seen some other really nice pieces you've had done of Wyntarra, so that means a lot. Still one of my favorite paintings as well.
