BATWOMAN

This is the first time I have drawn the new Batwoman. Though it doesn't show in a black and white illustration, her bat shield, gloves, boots and the inside of her cape are red. It makes a nice and different contrast from some of the other Bat-character colors of blue, gray and black. This is done in ink on 11" x 17" Canson Bristol Board. Thanks for the commission Brian!

Excellent rendition Gene. I haven't really gotten into this character yet myself but I think she has a lot of potential as time moves forward.

Gary - Wow, I didn't realize the importance!!! ;) Thanks!

Royce - I haven't followed her at all with the exception of Previews bits and comic news sites. But I like the design. Thanks.
