Sketchbook Monday

Just some sketches today. Some from last week, some from the weekend and a few from today. All of these sketches have something in common in that they are all ideas I am working on from the early sketch list. One of which was completed today. And I'm not saying which one though. :)

I like the "birds eye view" of the male on the left side of the page. Almost looks god like floating there.

Don't see a lemming though.

Gene, what do you think of the Pittsburgh ComiCon annoucement that Stan Lee is going to attend and sign for 5 hours? Have you ever met him? Would you try to meet him and/or get an autograph?

I would definitely stand in line for a Stan Lee autograph. Some love him, some hate him, but there is no question in my mind of his importance in comic book history.

I like these prelims gene. It is always fun trying to guess who they are and who they belong to.

Lan - And that would be the one that's done. :) Should you be surprised or should I post it here? Your call.

No lemmings Gary, sorry. At least you are not seeing them where there are none. :) I think Stan Lee being at the Pittsburgh ComiCon is great. I wish he would be there longer. I have never met him but would love to. I mean, he's STAN LEE! I'm sure there will be no chance of me getting to meet him. He will be swamped and I will be chained to my booth.

Gene,

I bet if you did a sketch for Stan Lee (maybe a sketch of Stan Lee?), you could get to meet him. Maybe donate the sketch for the charity auction? I could see a sketch of Stan surrounded by his creations (FF, Spiderman, Thor, Super-Lemming, etc).

Just a thought.
