Teen Titan

Here's another recent piece for fun, Wonder Girl in a slight variation of her original costume. This piece is inked on 11" x 17" Canson Smooth Bristol Board.

Gene, welcome to the world of sketch-blogging! I'm gonna have to bookmark this and keep checking back for all the Gonzales goodness. :)

Terrific Wonder-Girl. I really like the way you rendered her hair and the cool, graphic stars around the border.

Coincidently, I am currently reading volume 2 of the "Showcase Presents: Teen Titans" collection. I dig Wonder Chick's new threads. Any chance you will be drawing her in that costume in the near future?

Hey Anthony, Thanks for the welcome. I have to say that Sketchville was one of my inspirations to do this. Your work is outstanding.

I'm a big DC fan from that time period so there is a good chance I will do WG in her second costume. I picked up the Showcase Titans book too even though I have the comics. Love looking at the line art without the sometimes bad coloring.

Wonder Girl in her "T-Shirt" and Running Shorts with Pony Tail! Does it get any better than this?

Seriously, another great job and thanks for the trip down memory lane. LOVED the Silver Aged Titans!
