Today's 30 minute quick sketch is of Dejah Thoris. If someone ever gets the rights to do a John Carter series, I want to draw it. This is done in my sketchbook using color pencils with a touch of white acrylic paint for some highlights.
I try to do a piece everyday, in addition to just doodling. Most of the time they are done first thing in the morning. I have a folder that I dump all these into and I have enough material for a third sketchbook, just not the time to start putting it together.

How frequently do you do these 30 minute quick sketch exercises? Would something like this end up for sale or in a Gene Gonzales Sketchbook Volume 3?

Not sure who has the "rights" to John Carter, but you sure got Deja "right." I agree that it is time for a third sketchbook.
