Double Cross

Another morning warm up that got out of control. I had this image in my mind before I did "The Hit" from a few days ago. But hadn't put it down on paper. This morning, after yard work, I finally drew it in my sketchbook. But since I can't leave well enough alone, I had to add some finishes in Photoshop. :)

This was done with blue Col-Erase pencil, ink, Prismacolor cool gray markers and some Photoshop color.

In other news:

Thanks for all the requests that have been coming in for the Pittsburgh Comicon advance sketchlist. It is off to a great start.

My Supergirl auction ends tonight. You can find it here.

Happy Friday and I hope everyone has a good weekend!

Nice Gene.

That reminds me....whatever happened to Mike Grell's Human Target?

Reminds me of the credit opening of some of the James Bond movies, especially with the silloutted (spelling sucks) female and gun.

Gene, you really are in a mobster/gangster vibe lately!

Lan - Thanks!

Hey Patrick, thanks! And thanks for stopping by!

Royce - Thanks. I never heard of Grell's Human Target. Was he supposed to do a series?

Gary - Yeah, what's up with that? :)

Totally love the design and the story the art tells. Wanna guess what my new computer wallpaper is?

Thanks Craig!

Gene, I had heard years ago right after Jon Sable dropped off the face of the Earth that Grell was slated to do either an ongoing or a backup feature of the Human Target. I used to like the version that was in Detective Comics back in the day with (Don't quote me here...) Giordano or Novick handli the art chores? I also understand the character will have his own TV series this spring on Fox I believe. there was another tv version of the character played by Rick Springfield, but thankfully. I never saw it.
