Island Girl 01 - Line Art

Finished the inks on the first island girl piece. See the rough here. A few changes were made as I did this. I dropped the foreground tree because it was blocking the girl and she needs to be front and center for a CILM piece. Keeping the girl separate from the other elements of the piece is important. Some folks just want the girl, some want the whole piece. I'm pleased with how she came out though. I will post a color version when it is done.

Gene,

Wow, great start to the Island Girl series! Can't wait to see the colored version and the rest of this series! The piece has a nice balance between the girl and the back ground!

Gary - Thanks. I hope to get the color done in the next couple of weeks. Next week is busy because of MegaCon so I know I won't get it before then.

Royce - Ya gots to read the words man, not just look at the picture. ;)

Royce - Haha, I bet you are the only honest guy who says he picks up Playboy for the pictures, not the articles. ;)
