Im buying one!! Please sign it "To Spazzy!"
Thanks Gary! Good plan. :)
Thanks Lisa! Will do! :)
This is a technical question, or maybe a hardware question, you have mentioned the sizes of the boards you are working on, how do you scan these images? I am an architect (professionally) and illustrator (semi-professionally and hobbyist) and have been searching for a large enough scanner that would keep me from having to piece things together in photoshop and was wondering if you could pass that info along?
Thanks
Mike

I know what I'm buying this weekend in-person...
MIke - I use a Mustek 1200PRO USB A3 scanner. It scans at the international A3 size which is very close to tabloid size (11" x 17") It's not the best scanner but it is the least expensive. It does a good job. I still have to tweak some colors in PS, but not many. This cost less than 100.00 on Amazon. I don't know what kind of system you use, but just do a search for tabloid size scanners or large format scanners and read the specs of what you find. Good luck.
Hey Pat, I didn't know you are coming down to the show. See you there!
I think I will have to put some $ aside to pick one up at HeroesCon.
Thanks Gene, I appreciate your input. We have always tried to marry the large format with a feed option (architects generate a lot of paper) but for home use I will take a look at Mustek.
I should have mentioned it in the previous post, but you post, and obviously do some great work. I appreciate both the finished products and the in progress, along with the description of the tools.
Thanks again.
